Radical candor
Direct, honest communication. Feedback is a gift, not a threat. If an engagement is not working I will say so first, not last.
I have spent eighteen years learning one thing repeatedly: growth that lasts is a system, and systems are built by people who stay close to the work.

I started on a sales floor. Five years at Citibank, four promotions, from frontline associate to running a division of eighty-plus people and USD 2Mn in annual sales. It taught me the thing that no marketing course does — that a number on a dashboard is somebody's month, and that execution beats intention every single time.
Then I left. Co-founded Techpreneurs India, raised INR 5Mn in seed funding, built a product and a team from nothing, and learned product-market fit the expensive way. It remains the most useful two years of my career.
In 2013 I joined HostGator India as a founding team member and wrote the 360° India go-to-market playbook from a blank page. It grew into a USD 10Mn business and became the template the group used for every subsequent brand launch in the market.
The decade since has been at Endurance and then Newfold Digital, where I went from running one India brand to owning acquisition and growth across a USD 140Mn+ multi-brand portfolio spanning India, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, South-East Asia and North America — with a team of fifteen across five countries and a USD 15Mn+ annual media budget.
Alongside it, I have consistently done advisory work: an executive-education platform's India and Middle East strategy, and now fractional and project engagements through Gente Partners for founders who need CMO-level thinking without a CMO-level hire.
My north star: helping businesses build scalable growth systems by combining strategy, marketing and technology to create enduring business value.
Two of those chapters were building companies. One was a decade of compounding inside a single organisation. All of them were about the same problem seen from different heights.
BFSI sales. Started as a frontline associate and earned four promotions in five years, ending up leading 80+ associates and USD 2Mn in annual sales.
Co-founded a consumer-internet startup. Raised INR 5Mn in seed funding and built the team, the product and the go-to-market from the ground up.
Founding team member. Built India's 360° GTM playbook from zero and grew the brand to USD 10Mn in annual revenue — the template for future global brand launches.
Multi-brand, multi-region GTM. Owned brand, performance, content, events and partnerships end to end, including partnerships with Google Cloud and Microsoft.
Advisory work designing India, Middle East and SEA growth strategy for a corporate executive-education platform — the first real proof of the fractional model for me.
Ten years of progressive growth in one organisation: from India brand head to a USD 140Mn+ multi-brand, multi-region acquisition and growth mandate with a 15-person team across five countries.
Partnering with founders, startups and operators on growth marketing, revenue systems, AI enablement and team design.
Direct, honest communication. Feedback is a gift, not a threat. If an engagement is not working I will say so first, not last.
Someone has to own the number. Analysis that does not end in a decision is a cost, not an asset.
People first. Shared dashboards, shared assumptions, no private scoreboards between marketing and sales.
The three things that keep great people engaged: work they enjoy, fair compensation, and a visible growth path. When all three align, performance follows without being chased. It is also how I assess whether a client's team can sustain the systems we build.
A philosophy master's in the middle of a marketing career is not the obvious move. It is, however, the reason I argue better and assume less.

Tell me where growth is stuck. Thirty minutes is usually enough for both of us to know whether this is worth continuing.
